Well, in my understanding, every gen 'Vegas!AU' fic is little bit John/Rodney pre-slash because seriously? :))

(Actually, I took the picture couple of months ago from Stargate site in the 'Aurora' screen caps section.
I like that David made Joe laugh at this one ^-^ But one way or another, the boys are still awesome! ;))

You make a very good point. There was massive eyefucking going on throughout, wasn't there? And as hot as they both were in that ep, it seemed a foregone conclusion. I thought I was among the few who thought that, though.

(Hmmmm. Either way, very good taste. In my head, David is explaining how, after he reeled off his half-page of technobabble flawlessly, Joe came in and couldn't get his "Rawd-neeee" out right. As per usual.) :>

The one problem that there was not enough McKay/Sheppard interaction in this episode. I certainly would like more of it ^-^.
