Day 13: Squicks - What are some things that squick you in fandom - not necessarily "icky", though it can be. From anything involving blood, to bad grammar.

Partner betrayal of any kind, super OOC (though sometimes it works for an AU, and sometimes it's cracktastic), permanent psychological damage to a character (like John in SGA's In the City of the Seven Walls - please note the lack of a link), scat, and bloodplay.

I'm with you on these, though the one time I broke the partner betrayal was for an H50 fic that the plot point/action was integral to telling the story. But once I read it, and though it was well written and Steve & Danny had an eventual HEA, I still had the emotional hurt of Steve cheating to carry with me. ::unhappy sigh::
