I hear ya. Mine is "free reign". ARGGGGH! I can't even say why it's ( :D ) so annoying. It was done this way on an application questionnaire. I didn't even want to complete the thing after that. (I did, though.)

This is one of the main reasons I rarely comment. Unless I know that the author welcomes concrit - it's just too risky. I also have a list of writers whose fic I just can't read - due to ongoing, critical grammar/spelling/inanity errors - and most of them are each other's beta readers. Yarg!

I did stumble across this site for leaving anonymous feedback for authors. I haven't figured out how to post there yet, though. Hey, I'll go ask right now. (Which might de-anonymize me. Hmm. Am awaiting moderation.)
